We take into account the environment, the range of motions, duty cycles, friction wear points, and the type of debris or chemical which will be on the cover. All of these factors are evaluated and taken into consideration before we make a formal proposal.

It is also common for a free sample to be provided, at no cost to your company, which will allow you to test the cover on your ABB or Motoman Robot. If the testing is successful, then you can proceed with purchasing additional covers. If the testing is not successful, then changes can be made to the protective covers to meet the application requirements.
