The robot paint covers will contain the contamination that can destroy a paint finish job. The robot protection will also protect the arm from paint overspray from collecting on the unit which will result in premature wear of its critical parts. After a short period of time, this paint overspray will collect and result in expensive downtime and extensive maintenance. The robot paint covers are fabricated from many different types of materials and cleanliness levels. Based on your requirements, they can be processed in a Fed 209E Class1, ISO 3 Laundry Clean room. High Temperature Robot Covers |

For applications where extreme temperatures are present, an aluminum coated Kevlar robot cover can be used. This protects the robotic arm from temperatures up to 1500°F. The suits are designed to such exacting measures that the robot will be completely unrestricted in its movement. For even hotter applications, such as the handling of billets from a furnace, there are high temperature robot covers which will endure temperatures up to 3000°F.
