The Akon Quoting & Ordering Process

Akon follows a strict quoting procedure to to ensure that you get the exact skirt that will work for you. This is the procedure that is followed from beginning to end. You will see that our process is nothing revolutionary, but it is critical to the success of our clients and our company. We find that following this procedure results in greater satisfaction, faster deliveries, and improved communication.

The Customer visits the Akon website. The Customer fills out the online fill in form, or calls to have an Akon associate walk through the information we need. The form is then submitted to Akon estimating. Once completed, a formal quote is now ready to be sent to the customer. The quote is sent to the customer which outlines exactly what will be manufactured. If the quotation meets the customer’s requirements, then a purchase order is released to Akon, or purchased with Credit Card. Akon then processes the order and notifies the customer when the product has shipped. The product arrives at the customer’s facility and is then installed on the equipment
